SCOPES AND TOPICS †

The Symposium covers all aspects of compound semiconductors - including growth, processing, devices, ICs, and applications - and deals with III-V compounds such as GaAs, InP, and GaN; II-VI compounds such as ZnSe and ZnS; IV-IV materials such as SiC and SiGe; etc. Papers are solicited on a wide variety of topics including, but not limited to, the following:
